Build your SEO or GEO audit brief

Describe your website, goals and budget. We will clarify the SEO, GEO or combined scope before preparing a proposal.

Your audit, step by step

Five steps to describe your needs. Choose “To define together” where needed, review your answers, then send your request. No payment or audit order is involved.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

1. Your website

Fields marked * are required. Other questions are optional.

Which audit do you need?
Choose one answer. If unsure, select “Help me choose”.
Paste your website address, such as https://example.ch. Do not include a link that grants access to a private area.
Tell us where your customers are and which languages you want to reach them in. Example: target countries: Switzerland and France. Languages: French and German.
2. What to review

Fields marked * are required. Other questions are optional.

Which areas should we examine?
You can select several answers. Leave blank if none apply or you are unsure.
Add links to important pages, such as your products or services. You can also describe another need and name your website platform, such as WordPress or Shopify.
If you know them, share two or three competitor names or website addresses to compare.
For example, when a customer asks which provider to choose in your area. Name your brand, products or relevant AI assistants if known. Leave blank if your request does not involve GEO.
3. Goals and past work

Fields marked * are required. Other questions are optional.

Explain what you want to improve or understand. For example: receive more customer enquiries, understand a drop in visits or prepare a redesign without losing visibility.
If you know, describe an observable result: more relevant enquiries, important pages appearing in Google or an agreed plan of fixes. You do not need to provide a number.
What work has already been done on your website?
You can select several answers. Leave blank if none apply or you are unsure.
For example: a redesign in June, new content published or fewer visits over the past two months.
Which tools or documents do you have available?
You can select several answers. Leave blank if none apply or you are unsure.Select what you have available. If unsure, leave this question blank. Any access will be arranged later: do not send passwords or confidential documents here.
4. Budget and timing

Fields marked * are required. Other questions are optional.

This helps us tailor the proposal. It is not a quoted price or a commitment from you. If unsure, choose “To define together”. Implementing fixes will be quoted separately.
What would you like to receive from the audit?
You can select several answers. Leave blank if none apply or you are unsure.
For example: a website launch on 15 October, a team only available in November or budget approval still needed. Mention any known technical limitations too.
5. Review and send

Anti-spam verification

Cloudflare protects this form. Follow the instructions below if a check is requested.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential exports. If access is needed, its scope and secure sharing method will be agreed later.

What happens after your request?

Sending the form does not start the audit. We first agree what needs to be examined and under which conditions.

  1. We clarify your need

Your objective, website, markets and available information establish the starting point. We ask for missing details if needed.

  2. You receive a scoped proposal

The proposal sets out the analysis scope, deliverables, access requirements, budget and schedule. Additional work is identified separately.

  3. You decide whether to proceed

The audit begins after agreement on the proposal and arrangements. Implementation is not automatically included in the audit.

An audit you can use to make decisions

The final deliverables are specified in the proposal. They are organised around three practical outcomes.

Documented findings

Identified issues linked to examples, affected pages and evidence. Observations are separated from hypotheses.

A prioritised action plan

Recommended actions, dependencies and acceptance checks, with effort estimates where the available information supports them.

A clear handover

An explanation of the findings and trade-offs so your marketing and technical teams know what to address next.

A scope shaped by the website, not a checklist applied blindly

Technical access
Crawling, indexing, redirects, page rendering and the performance issues relevant to your templates.
Content and journeys
Search intent, important pages, information quality, internal links and enquiry paths.
Data and priorities
Available search and business data, measurement limitations and opportunities connected to your objectives.
Additional needs
Multilingual markets, e-commerce or AI visibility can be included where relevant, with an explicitly agreed scope.

Before you send your request

Will I receive an audit immediately?

No. This form starts a conversation about your need. It does not launch a scan or generate an audit report.

What will the audit cost and how long will it take?

The budget and schedule depend on the website, scope, markets and available data. They are set out in the proposal before the audit begins.

Do you need my Search Console or website credentials?

Not for the initial request. If access is required for the agreed analysis, we define the appropriate permissions and a secure sharing method. Never send a password through this form.

Are corrections or GEO included?

Only when explicitly included in the proposal. Identifying corrections does not mean implementation is included. AI visibility can be a separate or complementary scope.

Can an audit guarantee better rankings?

No. An audit helps identify issues and make informed decisions. Results also depend on implementation, competition and changes in search systems.
